The former Senior Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff to President George W. Bush replied with a terse NO. While we appreciate having a reply we can add to the public record, needless to say we don’t believe Mr Rove.

Also admitting to this specific question would have opened the floodgates to a larger issue : talking points sent to Fox News and other outlets.

Also, remember Scott McClellan revealed this practice in his memoir.
The secret is out: the Bush / Cheney Administration regularly fed talking points to Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and their acolytes.
